Professional Background: I hold a MA in Marriage and Florapy and I am a licensed therapist. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range, each with their unique stories, struggles, and strengths. My experience spans across various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioral therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Humanistic, and other client-centered approaches allowing me to tailor our sessions to your specific needs and preferences.

Compassion and Empathy: I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect for your unique perspective, cultural background, and individuality. I will walk alongside you, offering support and understanding every step of the way.

I am also a Certified Life Coach.

Holistic Approach: I firmly believe in a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that mental health is intimately connected to physical and emotional well-being. I'll work with you to explore all aspects of your life, from your daily habits to your personal relationships, in order to create a comprehensive plan for your growth and healing.

Personal Growth and Resilience: Together, we will not only address your immediate concerns but also focus on building the resilience and self-awareness necessary for long-term personal growth. My goal is to empower you to face life's challenges with confidence and to become the author of your own story.

A Partnership in Healing: Therapy is a collaborative process, and I view our relationship as a partnership. I'm committed to providing you with the tools and support needed to make positive changes in your life, but ultimately, the direction and pace of your therapeutic journey are determined by you.

I am excited to embark on this journey with you, to help you discover your inner strengths, and to guide you toward a brighter, more fulfilling future. Together, we will work towards a happier and healthier you.
